I'm Just Getting Warmed Up

A recent article stated that the average financial advisor in the US is 51 years old, and over a quarter (27%) of all advisors plan to retire in the next 10 years.

For investors, this is a serious consideration when shopping for advice.  Ideally, you should be looking for, or working with an individual or team that plans to be around long enough to see your long-term plan through to fruition.

In case you're wondering, despite almost 20 years of experience as a financial advisor, I turned 40 this year.  I'm just getting warmed up.
